Gaiji Keisatsu plot

Japan is in utter chaos after the Tohoku earthquake in March 2011. The Japanese government is told by the American CIA that terrorists are smuggling uranium out of Japan. The Anti-Terrorism Unit tries to roll up the case by following the wife of a director of a large corporation, who is suspected of being in contact with the terrorists.
