Funérailles (Non Ti Voglio) plot

Miriam, a famous pianist who devotes herself entirely to music, vehemently refuses motherhood, despite the urging of Andrea, her partner and a modest pianist, to avoid jeopardizing her career. Her persistent refusal, however, is not coincidental or purely selfish, but has its origins and motives in the past. A tragic past that Miriam had left behind forever, but which now returns with force, haunting them both in nightmares and with terrible physical and psychological consequences.
