Fritz Lang plot
Fritz Lang had already worked successfully in the film business for eleven years in 1930. He actually lives in Düsseldorf, but hoping to be inspired by new stories, he travels to Berlin. Meanwhile, in the German capital, crime detective Ernst Gennat is on the hunt for a serial killer whose brutal murders have terrorized the city. Fritz Lang also becomes entangled in the case, but he is increasingly confronted with human vices; that of others, but also his own.
