"IT'S BREEZY! IT'S ZIPPY! IT'S HILARIOUS!"

The gambler Foster accepts the racetrack bets of JC Poindexter, a mysterious millionaire he has never seen, even though he is a regular winner. When Poindexter wins $50,000, Foster sends his money runners Ted Frazier and Sleeper to deliver the winnings. When both discover that they are being chased by thieves, the duo decide to entrust the money to the US Postal Service, which they believe is the best way to secure the winnings. However, their plan backfires when Sleepy puts the money in the envelope addressed to secretary Susan Bannister.
