Folly of Vanity plot
"A 1925 Queen of Sheba and Dazzling Dramatic Fantasy"
Alice and Robert are a newlywed couple and are already arguing about money. Robert is angry with Alice for her extravagance and is furious when she spends almost all of their money on a pearl necklace imitation. Ridgeway, a client of Robert's, invites the couple to a party. Robert doesn't want to go, but Alice insists they go. Ridgeway lends Alice a real pearl necklace to calm the quarrel between the two. Ridgeway gives Alice a lot of attention, while a young widow hooks up with Robert. Alice and Robert fight again, but will it be okay this time?
