Fixeur plot
Romanian-born Radu Patru is doing an internship at a prestigious French news channel. He works, during his probationary period, as a translator and general problem solver, or 'fixer', for the journalists and wants to make his big break. He sees his chance to create an international scandal when two underage Romanian prostitutes are deported from France. Taking advantage of his language skills and local contacts, Radu is willing to do whatever it takes to interview one of the young girls. But when this results in a moral conflict, he must stop and wonder if, as an aspiring journalist, he can live with the consequences of his actions, and if he, as a father, is setting a good example for his son.
