Fistful of Dirt plot

Ten-year-old Yei spends his time fishing for crab and looking for gasoline. At the same time, he takes care of his sick mother Wanda and tries to keep contact with the drunk Alicio, who lives with them, to a minimum. Times are tough for the family and residents of the island following the passage of Hurricane Maria.
