Fernes Land Pa-Isch plot

16-year-old Umberto is completely confused with his life. His mother regularly has another man and his father has disappeared. The rumors are that he is a circus performer and that he had a serious accident. The father of his younger half-sister Bianca has left for Africa. Umberto has no one left and he wants to leave the small town where he lives. A friend of Umberto moves to Hamburg and takes Umberto with her. There he meets a black girl Tschibo and he falls madly in love with her. He finds out that she and her mother are in prostitution and wants to get them out.
