Fabiola plot

In ancient Rome, love blossoms between Fabiola, the senator's daughter, and Rhual, a French gladiator. After Fabiola's father is murdered, the Romans suspect the Christians and begin the persecution. Rhual confesses to being a Christian and is convicted of the murder. His punishment is a fight to the death in the arena.
