Eyes of a Thief plot

Water engineer Tareq is a man with a dark secret. His backstory gradually unfolds through a series of flashbacks to 2002, when the Palestinian territories faced one of the worst sieges ever. Here in the Wadi al-Haramieh (Valley of Thieves), the true incident took place in which 10 Israelis were shot dead at a checkpoint. "Eyes of a Thief" then focuses on Tareq's search for his missing daughter. It takes him back to Nablus, where he is hired by a shadowy contractor. This Adel gives Tareq shelter in a sewing shop where the feisty young girl Malak lives, who is the same age as Tareq's daughter. After all, no one can keep their secrets hidden anymore...
