Eve and the Fire Horse plot
Eve is a precocious 9 year old girl with a great imagination. She grew up in a traditional Chinese family in Vancouver. Her somewhat lonely world is influenced by the traditional beliefs and superstitions of her Chinese upbringing, which clash with her Western environment. Eve and her stiff and obedient 11-year-old sister Karena increasingly flee into a fantasy world where they can overcome confusion about their identity and their loneliness
