English Breakfast plot

The fifteen-year-old Iranian boy Majid decides in 1979 to leave his religious, wealthy family in Isfahan and go to London, where he ends up in a hotel. A completely new world for him in which the English breakfast alone causes a considerable culture shock. Majid makes new friends and begins to discover a new life. He does miss his family; especially his father who doesn't want to talk to him anymore. Is that the price of freedom?
