End of Summer plot

Fifth grader Xiaoyang and his grandfather Zheng bond through their love for the 1998 World Cup. Xiaoyang gets Zheng to train him for the selection match for his school team. The mission takes an unexpected turn when Xiaoyang discovers his father is having an affair with his teacher. When Zheng goes on a trip to visit family, Xiaoyang comes along.
