El Rumor de las Piedras plot

Delia is a young woman who survived a flood ten years ago with her mother and two sons. They had no choice but to live in a poor neighborhood in Caracas. Delia works very hard to get her life and that of her children back on track. She soon discovers that her sons, 17-year-old William and 11-year-old Santiago, are being exposed to violence and danger in the neighbourhood.
