Een Tip van de Sluier plot

To deal with his own fears of divorce, Bromet uses his camera to follow a divorced 36-year-old woman, Hiske, mother of two children and working as a remedial educationalist through 'the laboratory of happiness', the playgrounds of the I era. On the basis of the life and experiences of this woman, he wants to find out what brings a person to and hopes for divorce. The woman ends up in a gay sauna, a group sex event, an institute for dynamic meditation, a maternity ward and a sperm bank. Hiske confesses that she was divorced in order to be able to search for her own possibilities without hindrance and regrets that her children no longer have a father. Frans calls her cruel because she has taken his children from her husband. He has also been strengthened in his conviction that women do not wish to immerse themselves enough in men.
