Mafia member Rosario Inzulia returns to Sicily after eight years in an American prison. His wife has died in a car accident and he decides to leave the "association". A lady tells him that his wife has been murdered and puts him in touch with Carmelo to stage a counter-attack against the mafia. It seems hopeless and Rosario decides to put down on paper everything he knows about his enemies and that he can use against them. Unfortunately, the mafia is something that one man alone can never stop.
