Die Himmelsleiter plot

The story is set in 1946-1947 in the completely destroyed Cologne. Anna's husband has survived the concentration camp and learns that old Nazis are still in charge. Armin Zettler has sent Jews to the concentration camp and now wants to flee to Argentina. Old Nazis still seem to have power.
