Detective Naani plot
75-year-old Naani is on her way home from her daily hike. She sees a strange young girl, from a new couple, standing screaming at the window of the apartment. Due to this event, Naani gets involved in a series of murders, in which she gets the help of some neighbors. When the case is dismissed, because there appears to be too little evidence, she decides to find out herself. She uses her wisdom for this. However, her investigation also leads to a series of funny events. She is assisted in this by some helpers; her dog, Bruno, her grandchildren, Nakul and Anjali, her divorced daughter, Priya, the teenagers Neeti and Rohan, and the older Mr. Pal, who serves as a spy.
