That plastic surgeon Gregor (Christian Quadflieg) had to mess up the operation of presenter Frauke (Claudine Wilde). Her husband, a heavyweight in the media world, is furious and starts a smear campaign that costs Gregor his practice and his wife. He goes to the countryside to escape all shame, and there he finds comfort in the arms of a beautiful Italian.
