Der Passagier - Welcome to Germany plot

The successful Jewish director Comfield returns from America to Germany, where in 1942 he and other concentration camp inmates had to play as an extra in an anti-Semitic film by the Nazis. Driven by the need to ease his conscience, he wants to make a documentary about the circumstances of what happened after he caused the death of a friend through betrayal.
