Der Große Mandarin plot

West Germany, 1940s. The (corrupt) political world, which is dominated by men, does not like the wise, infallible councilor Mandarin (Paul Wegener). 'Great Mandarin' criticizes the world and asks two women to form a political party and gain the majority. This succeeds, but the women do not adhere to his party program. A big fight ensues.
