Denyat na Vladetelite plot

The story of the legendary Bulgarian leader of the early 9th century, Khan Kroem. At that time, Bulgaria was the third largest empire in terms of territory and military power, thanks to Kroem, who thus contributed to the alliance between Bulgarians and Slavs. He then introduces strict laws against, among other things, thieves and slanderers. However, this causes unrest among the population and deep into its ranks. The question arises: at what price can order and progress be enforced within a state?
