Cover Boy: L'Ultima Rivoluzione plot

The young Romanian Ioan lost his father during the revolution that led to Ceausescu's downfall. Despite the freedom his country has been given, he no longer sees a future for himself. He leaves for Italy to fulfill his simple dreams. In Rome he meets the Italian Lionello, who has just been fired as a cleaner at Termini station. When Ioan rents a room in Lionello's house, a beautiful friendship blossoms. Together they try to forge a future plan: an Italian restaurant in Romania. But today's Europe does not make it easy for them. Ioan's life takes an unexpected turn when he is spotted by a photographer, who offers him an entirely unforeseen career opportunity.
