Confessions of a Queen plot
The king of the small land of Illyris marries Frederika, a princess from a neighboring mythical kingdom, and she becomes queen. Queen Frederika is disgusted to discover that her husband has a mistress named Sephora. She then turns to Prince Alexei for friendship. A revolution erupts in Illyris and the king is ready to abdicate, but Queen Frederika wants to keep the crown for the sake of their son.
