Con el Culo al Aire plot

Juan is a villager who spends an evening with Esperanza, nicknamed 'Hope', an itinerant singer. She has come to the village for the feast the next day. Once she has left the village, Juan feels tired and listless, forcing his family to place him in a psychiatric hospital. The patients seem to feel no worse than the people outside the hospital, and certainly much better than the nun who has to take care of them. Juan adapts without much effort until one day he has a vision of Esperanza, which does not help his stability.
