Chichi plot

Kikutaro Higure from Kagoshima is a 40-something who seems to lead an aimless life, always trying to find a quick, easy way to riches. For example, he tries to enter politics with the promise to cover the active volcano there, he promotes women's wrestling and he persuades a black Brazilian singer with no talent to perform for the Japanese audience. His wife, mother-in-law and son are gradually losing their patience with him and his schemes.
