"Change life !"
In May 1981, François Mitterrand becomes the left-wing president in right-wing Élysée. What initially nobody knows is that the socialist already suffers from prostate cancer. He is therefore in a hurry to realize his extensive and revolutionary election manifesto. Mitterrand is a tough idealist who tries to reform the rusted French society in economically depressing times.
