Cervantes contra Lope plot

Mockumentary describing the confrontation between the two famous writers Miguel de Cervantes and Félix Lope de Vega at the beginning of the seventeenth century. A twentieth century TV crew is sent to Madrid in the year 1614 to interview their writers and their intimates. The second volume of Don Quixote, published under the pseudonym Avellaneda, has just been published and its contents have led to a major feud between the two great writers. The crew tries to find out the identity of Avellaneda.
