Cal plot

Cal McClusky is 19 years old and lives with his father Shamie in a Protestant neighborhood, although they are Catholic themselves. They have become accustomed to the violence between Protestants and Catholics. Cal is even a member of the IRA, but when he wants to get out, it turns out to be impossible. When Marcella, a Catholic widow who was married to a Protestant, comes into his life, it gives him the courage to change his life.
