Burakkubôdo plot

The body of a young man is found in a river near Kawasaki. The boy turns out to be a ninth grader and an autopsy shows that the boy was killed by violence. The police investigate the murder and the detectives notice that at the victim's school, only the teachers and the principal are shocked by the boy's death. It soon becomes apparent that the victim was a notorious bully at school and that many wished him dead to finally get rid of his bullying.
