Brothers of the Head plot
"For some people... Rock & Roll was always a freak show."
Tom and Barry Howe are conjoined twins. They are fused together at the breast and share a liver. The teens have two distinctly different personalities. Barry is the more mischievous and temperamental of the two, while Tom is rather reserved and thoughtful. A 1970s music promoter lifts them out of obscurity and prepares them to be rock stars. When Tom and Barry are unleashed on an unsuspecting world, they cause a sensation. Struggling with impossible loves, artistic rivalries and dark impulses, the twins' bizarre natures manifest themselves in raging punk rock.
