Broken Hill plot
Tommy, a teenager with a talent for writing and making music, dreams of studying at the famous Sydney Conservatorium of Music. His father, on the other hand, hopes Tommy will continue to work on his sheep farm or make a career as a professional rugby player. His rebellious classmate Kat, whom he has a crush on, gets him involved in vandalism and other crimes. With any luck, he won't have to go to jail and then decides to volunteer with inmates to stay on the right path. A surprise awaits him here.
