Naive auto mechanic Martin is tricked into exchanging Deutsche Marks and dollars, but his tenacity lands him in a lucrative Kopečný scam and extortion club. If they want to get into the hi-fi business, this is too big an affair and they are trumped by the gang leader, who controls this part of the market and who has corrupt judges and politicians in his pocket.
