Bomb in the High Street plot

A team of bank robbers led by Captain Manning takes a job at a bank under the guise of a demining service. They place a German bomb on a construction site which is located opposite a bank. The night watchman discovers the bomb and notifies the police, who evacuate the room. This gives the villains complete freedom in the area. But then an unexpected problem arises.
