Bokura no Wandafuru Deizu plot

A businessman enters the hospital to have his gallstones removed. When he hears some doctors talking about a patient with ball cancer, he thinks they are talking about him. Thinking he has only six months to live, decides to rekindle his old school band and contacts his old classmates.
