Blessed and Cursed plot
The biblical story of David and Saul, moved to a modern setting in the story of a gospel singer and a bishop. When Dwight Hawkins was a little boy, he found his father's dream of becoming a bishop just out of his reach. Years later, Dwight is given the opportunity to compose psalms for the largest church in town, and he encounters betrayal from the most unlikely quarter: the current bishop of the church is so caught up in his all-consuming envy of Dwight that he plans a has worked out to ruin the singer's career for good. But with a little faith, Dwight will find the courage to overcome any obstacle that crosses his path.
