Blades of Courage plot

"She wants Olympic Gold. He wants her innocence. She'll have to fight for both."

In the underperforming world of Canadian figure skating, fifteen-year-old Lori Laroche is the revelation of a major championship. Even though she finished third, she is delegated by the Canadian Skating Federation for the World Championship. However, due to the pressure her mother puts on her, she performs below her level. The union takes on her training and the famous Bruce Gainor is willing to become her coach. However, there is no click between the spoiled Lori and the demanding Bruce.
