Blackbird plot

In the mid-1990s, a romance unfolds between two heroin addicts, Gulf War veteran Bayliss and ex-stripper Froggy. They fall in love and fight against their addiction. The opportunity to make amends and start a new life presents itself, but Bayliss and Forggy don't seem to have the strength and control to persevere.
