Thirteen-year-old Nacho is completely ignored by his mother, who is a traffic cop, his stepfather - a street vendor - and other relatives. He spends his time playing the game 'Tecnodance' and hanging out with his dopey 27-year-old friend Cacayo. Then he falls in love with Mayra, the daughter of La Diabla (the leader of the street vendors) and sister of Chiquibuki, a petty mobster in his mother's service.
