Behold My Wife plot

Frank Armour, scion of the British aristocracy and the Hudson's Bay Company, learns from his former lover about her marriage to a rival. Out of revenge and to ridicule his family, he marries an Indian princess, Lali. He sends her to his parental home in England and then throws himself into the Canadian wilderness and a secluded life. Meanwhile, Lali is transformed into a beautiful and charming society woman.
