Bedside plot
Bob Brown is a charming x-ray technician with 3 years of medical studies under his belt in the distant past. He works in the same offices as the nurse Caroline. The two clearly have a soft spot for each other. Caroline lends Bob $1,500 so he can finish college and become a real doctor. However, Bob gets quite drunk aboard the train to medical school and loses the $1500 in a poker game with some of his fellow passengers.
