Beautiful 2012 plot

Shortly after attending a brutal beating, Skunk becomes a treacherous environment in his home, neighborhood and school. Places where cheerful certainties of the child give way to great danger. Her innocence is quickly forgotten leaving a harsh world filling her future. A world she has no control over. Finally, Skunk finds solace in an unspoken friendship with the damaged Rick.
