Beacon Hill plot

Billy, the charming son of a dead firefighter, is elected as the independent and youngest representative of the state of Massachusetts. He joins the Democrats, where legendary house speaker Chick holds sway. He expects the inexperienced Billy to follow suit, but nothing could be further from the truth. Billy follows his own conscience. He is then framed in a violent incident.
