Since his directorial debut 10 years ago, Simon, a 40-year-old director, has been spending less time on films. After a stupid bet, he shaves his head and discovers a huge lump in the center of his skull. Startled, he consults several doctors, but no one can reassure him. Is he doomed? How long will he live? While anxiously awaiting the results, he quickly decides to make a non-budget film about his life, possibly his last film.
