Asabani Nistam! plot
The Kurd Navid lives in a small flat in Tehran with two unemployed musicians. They are hopelessly behind on the rent. Navid meets the beautiful Setareh during the 2009 presidential election protests. They are both political activists and madly in love with each other. Setareh's father, a wealthy furniture salesman, doesn't like his daughter's relationship with Navid: an unemployed musician has nothing to offer Setareh. The father gives Navid a month to find work and take out a bank loan for a nice house, perhaps father will give his permission for a marriage. But no matter how hard Navid tries to find work, he can't; he can completely forget about a loan from a bank. His frustration grows by the day.
