West Point rugby player Bob Denton (John Wayne) is a protégé of Colonel Frank Bonham (Forrest Stanley) who almost considers Bob a son. Bob is a real womanizer who has no intention of ever getting married. When he also says this to his girlfriend Evelyn Palmer (Laura La Plante), she takes revenge by seducing Colonel Bonham and even marrying him. Meanwhile, the Colonel pairs Bob up with Bonita Palmer (June Clyde), Evelyn's younger sister. Bob sees a future for each other with her and they secretly marry. But Evelyn is still incensed and doesn't let this pass her by.
