An Bloem plot

On her father's deathbed, An Bloem comes to the conclusion that her 20 years of married life until now have been just as bad as her father's whole life has been. To the astonishment of her husband, a cigar shopkeeper, An goes to a lawyer. She wants to divorce and start over. She rents a room and gets a job in a nursing home. Her family doesn't get it; her two out-of-home daughters, it will be a concern.
