Good-for-nothing and petty criminal Mousa has all kinds of skills. As a resident of a refugee camp, this Palestinian doesn't care about his father's hard-earned permit: a permit to work in the Israeli part of Jerusalem. He much prefers to use it to steal Israeli cars. After the theft of a Passat, he makes an interesting discovery.
