Akatsuki no Dasso plot
During the war in China, Japanese soldier Mikami is captured by his enemies. He manages to escape, but that doesn't get him out of trouble. When he returns to his unit, he is met with disdain, as it is a shame to be captured without dying. He falls in love with the prostitute Harumi, who tries to persuade him to desert.
