aKasha plot

Adnan is a revolutionary war hero whose love of fighting and his AK-47 rival only his feelings for Lina, his patient darling. When Adnan is late to return to the military base, the army commander launches a "kasha" (a raid) to track down truant soldiers. Adnan is distracted by Lina, is caught off guard and runs off. He joins Absi, a loving type rather than a hunter type who is also on the run. Together, these two unlikely friends plot a route to reunite Adnan with his weapon and with Lina. Through a series of wry and humorous incidents spanning more than 24 hours, 'A Kasha' explores life and love in rebel-held areas of Sudan.
